I blame them for this. Thy triggered it. I feel like I'm going insane I need to go back to therapy. I am in an episode. I have been having persecutory delusions and panic attacks due to those. I went home from school because I thought evetone was going to kill me. I though something was behind me the whole day. I though my friend was going to literally stab me through the back.
